Accomodation

Accomodation in Hermannsburg will be on the campus of the Missionseminary (single occupancy, but sharing of bathrooms). All meals (breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner) are included.
Accomodation on the trip to Wittenberg (Youth hostel), Halle (Seminary for Pastoral Care of the local Church) and Erfurt (Hotel in the Augustiner monastery) varies from Hostel to Hotel-standard. Double occupancy may occur to some extent. Most of the meals are included.

Costs and Payment

The costs amount to 1500,- € per person (the above described program). 400,- € deposit have to be paid with the reservation. The reservation is only valid after payment of the deposit. The remaining 1100,- € have to be paid by 15th of May. Please pay by Credit-Card.

Attention: Airfare to Germany is not included.

Additional information

Any participant of the Summer School accepts the condition that the ELM reserves the exclusive right to change tour itineraries, hotels and other components whenever it is deemed necessary, although the program is planned and booked with all possible care. ELM does not accept any liability for problems arising in connection to the flight to or from Germany and Hannover.
ELM is no liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or expense arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantines, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, from any act or omission of any individual, firm or corporation furnishing transportation, sightseeing, hotel accommodations, teaching, or any service in connection with this Summer School, or from any other cause whatsoever in connection therewith.
No cancellation or refund is accepted after April 15th. The deposit is not refundable.

Baggage

Transportation of one full sized suitcase is included. An additional carry-on bag is possible.

Travel requirements and insurance

For US. Citizens, a valid passport is all that is required. Participants are responsible for all visa, health and passport regulations. Please check Your medical insurance for overseas coverage.
